Note: These fees only cover 60% of the actual cost per camper, the rest is fundraised by our generous team of volunteers.

Arcātheos - (boys 7-12 years old)

Officer Training Corps - (boys 13-17 years old)

Dates: Wednesday July 25th (2pm) - Saturday August 4th (2pm)

We ask the team to cover their own expenses, as a further gift to reduce costs for the boys.

Camp Uniforms

Mandatory Items

We have a MANDATORY UNIFORM COLOR SCHEME at Arcātheos.  Clothing that does not meet this color scheme will not be permitted to be worn during camp, with no exceptions.  The approved color scheme includes an official brown Arcātheos t-shirt or hoodie. Pants or shorts(recommend cargo pants with a zipper to become shorts) need to be sand colored (or close equivalent).  We encourage brown jackets if possible, but understand that this may not be possible.   Note that hoodies will likely not be available for “last minute purchases” at camp, so order them at the time of registration if needed. Note: 1 brown Camp T-Shirt is included in the registration fee, with the option to purchase additional shirts online. We recommend a minimum of 3 t-shirts for boys 7-12 years old, and 5 for the Officer Corps.

Officer Training COrps

In addition to the waiver and applicable fees, applications to the Officer Corps training camp must include a half page essay, emailed to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it within 7 days of registering online. Failure to include an essay within the time allotted will result in your application being closed. Your application and essay will then be reviewed by the admissions committee.

Successful applicants will start being notified as early as May 31st. At that time, you will be given a confidential password to access the “Officer’s Only” page, where you may download your pre-camp reading package. Those whose applications are declined will be contacted directly and receive a full refund shortly thereafter.
