Brian Doran

M.D., B.Sc. (Camp Director)

Brian is the founder and director of Arcātheos, initially formed in 2003. He is married, has six children, and has a full practice as a rural family physician in Southern Alberta. He is a strong leader, widely respected for his diverse background of accomplishments. Some of these include: a Doctor of Medicine, and an Honors Degree in Physiology. Previously, he was an Emergency Medical Technician with the Ambulance service, the Regional Coordinator for the ConQuest Boys’ Clubs in Alberta, the director of Catholic Adventure Ministries, road team leader for ‘Behold the Lamb,’  a reservist in the Canadian Forces, and a Warrant Officer in the Royal Canadian Air Cadets.

Brian takes his calling as a Catholic and Regnum Christi member very seriously. His dedication to the apostolate of Arcātheos comes from a sincere desire to help form young men in the faith. Those close to him appreciate his exquisite attention to detail in all areas of his life.
